
Francis (Frank) P. Karam

Frank has 40 years of legal experience in a variety of cases. He has been a partner in prominent Class Action Securities Litigation firms, and his experience in that area stretches from 2001 in the Enron case extending to the present. Frank also has substantial trial experience in a wide range of civil and criminal cases, having tried more than 100 cases to verdict.
He is the author of a book on cross examination, The Truth Engine, which has five-star reviews on Amazon. Outside of securities law, Frank has recently represented victims of workplace violence and sexual harassment and violence in a number of settings, obtaining successful settlements.
Throughout his career, Frank has achieved a high level of excellence at trial, oral argument and in questioning witnesses.
